Your account

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Give us true details and keep your sign-in safe: what happens under your account is your responsibility.

Your cards and your content

The cards and everything you put in them stay yours. You allow us to store them and show them to the people who open your link, because that is the service.

You are responsible for what is on your cards. Do not put anything illegal, hateful, misleading, private about other people, or that you do not have the right to use. We may take down a card that breaks this, and we will tell you why when we can.

Templates and page slots

• Every account has a free page slot (one live card) and the free template.
• A paid template is bought once and can be used on every card you make with that account for as long as the service runs.
• A page slot is one more live card for the number of months you chose (up to twelve). Nothing renews by itself: when a slot ends we remind you first, and if you have more live cards than slots, the newest card is paused, not deleted. It comes back exactly as it was when you add or extend a slot.
• You can preview and build a card with a paid template before buying it, but you need to own it to make the card live.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay and include what the checkout adds up for your country. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the seller of record, under its own terms.

Templates and slots are digital goods that are available at once. If something does not work as described, write to support@softwaretrinkets.com within 7 days of the purchase and we will fix it or refund you.

Using the service properly

• Do not try to break, overload or get around the site, or reach other people's accounts.
• Do not use it to send spam or to collect other people's data.
• Do not copy the templates or the site to run a competing service.

What we can promise

We work to keep the site running and your cards safe, but it is provided as it is: we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may improve, change or remove features. We recommend keeping your own copy of the details on your cards.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed guest or a missed event, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Law and changes

These terms follow the laws of India. If we change them we change the date at the top, and a change that affects what you paid for will not apply to it.
