Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and picture Google shares with us. We never see your Google password.
• Your cards: the names, dates, places, phone numbers, links and texts you type into a card, and the colours and template you choose.
• Your purchases: which template or page slot you bought, when, and for how much. Your card or UPI details go to our payment provider and never reach us.
• Your messages: feedback you send us, and what we send to your inbox on the site.
• Technical data: our servers keep ordinary logs (the address of your device, the browser and the pages asked for) to keep the site secure and working.

What your guests see

A card that is live can be opened by anyone who has its link, so do not put anything private on it. Anyone can see the names, dates, places and numbers you add.

We do not track the people who open your card and we set no advertising cookies on it. The reply button opens WhatsApp on the guest's phone: their reply goes to you through WhatsApp, not through us.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign you in, save and show your cards, and apply your purchases.
• To write to you about your account: sign-in and password emails, receipts, a reminder before a page slot ends, and messages from the team.
• To keep the site safe, fix problems and answer you.
• We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us run it

We use a few services, and each one gets only what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase: our database and the sign-in system.
• Dodo Payments: payments. Dodo is the seller of record at checkout and handles card, UPI and tax details under its own policy.
• Brevo: the emails we send you.
• Google: sign-in, when you choose to continue with Google.
• Our hosting provider: the server the site runs on.

Cookies and what we store in your browser

We use a cookie that keeps you signed in. We also remember in your browser which currency you chose to see prices in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and cards while your account exists. When you delete a card it is removed from the site. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time; we keep only what the law asks us to keep, such as a record of a payment.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to support@softwaretrinkets.com from the email address of your account and we will answer within a reasonable time.

Children

Fast Events is for adults who are planning an event. It is not meant for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

When we change this page we change the date at the top. If a change matters to how we use your data, we will tell you on the site or by email.
